I have hosted a web application developed in PHP.Customer concentares in usability of the application, he is very much concentrating on it too.I have done some checks of the application

W3 checks
Multi browser compatibity checks.

I am looking to hear how can I check for more usability??.Is there any other tool??.Any effect on the number of clicks??.I am looking to hear from you all.

Also what things comes under the usability mesaures???.Please help me so that I can implement it for the application
