hi, my dreamweaver image map functions are not working, i was wondering if there is a free program that can do image maps, (including irregular shapes) that can save the file as a jpeg or a gif, so i can bring it into dreamweaver. any help greatly appreciated as ive searched long and hard with no results.

Download a free trial version of fireworks, then use the "hot spot" tool to place your links, and save your file. It will save an html file of the image mapping that you can copy and paste into your coding for the page.
