Looking for a top-class web designer with excellent web design skills to design an e-commerce site.
Must have a degree in graphics design.
Must have experience working on high level sites
Must be able to do wireframes to make the layout of the site
Must have designed at least 5 sites.
Must provide links to sites done
Must provide references
Payment will made in three terms; 2 during the project and 1 after the project completes
Must deliver all the graphics files in psd or ai whatever used.
