If some one has idea if there is some web based semi-automated scripts for directory submission which can be integrated to an existing web site or can be setup on independent web site.

I am already in contact with them. I think its desk top based application which they are offering and not web based. They have web based paid service for submission at their site but the software they are offering free is a desktop application.
