When I paste it into the web page, it does not show up as linked and what is really confusing me is the part where the "siteid" is concerned. It has been over two years since I built a web site so I am a little rusty on it.

Some site builders will only allow for an imported graphic to be a certain size in weight (kbytes) or a certain size in pixels. You might check that first to make sure it fits the requirements.
