Trouble Is I Don't Really Know Where To Start.

Does Anyone Know If There Is A Script Or Software For A Download Website?

If Not What Web Designer Would Be The Best For Making The Site?

I'm not sure i'm following you. Are you trying to download website files without any sort of Server access?

I think he is saying that he has a bunch of files that he would available for people to download on a website but he doesn't have a clue of what kind of site he would need to do that.

Basically I think he wants a web site where people can download his files.

Your best bet would be contacting a PHP programmer (like myself); and getting a custom program/script made.

Yes, That is exacly what i would like.

i have done something on these lines, a script can be really customized as per your needs
