I have looked at osCommerce and Zen Cart. I really just need something super simple similar to http://fourthworldclothing.com/store.htm

Anyone have suggestion on where I should start my search?

the link you supplied is using paypal shopping cart. paypal has a bunch of various systems, i'd check that out.
