Here is a question that no-one seems able to answer!

What technology does bebo etc use - I want to create something similar where people can log in to an account and essentially have their own page to upload photos, videos and information too.

HELP! Can someone tell me what they use to do this? It isn't Wordpress or anything similar. Is there a script or software I can beg, borrow or buy that makes this sort of thing?
