Im not sure I used the right words in the title, I wasnt sure what to write.

I have a query, I need a bit of help, here goes;

I want to design a site that has a main index page, and a forum, when I go to the forum (PHPBB3 comes with hostgator package) I want it to have the same header (Navbar, Logo etc.) and the same footer as the main page. But with the forum sort of embedded in a normal page. So it looks like part of the normal site.

Im not sure If I have explained this in enough detail as it is confusing me a little bit.

But if you answer im sure I could explain it a little better.

Notice his forum is in the web page, If you know what I mean, How would I do that.

EDIT: I do realise he has used joomla or something, but I dont want to use that. Just Dreamweaver and Hostgator, PHPBB3 etc.

If you look for an easy solution, how about placing the entire forum into an (i)frame based website ? This appears the quickest solution to me.

Alternatively most forum software also offers the ability to customize layout templates.
