Here's the site I'm working on:

http://www.alkomusic.com

The problem I'm having is right on the home page when viewing through IE. I can't get rid of the boxes and purple color around each of the navigation images. I've tried changing the CSS but I'm not sure how it applies to hyperlinked images (do I use a: img {}?). It's working fine for the song links below, which are plain text, but what can I do to change the image hyperlinks?

Thanks
Prab

i'm not seeing any purple boxes around the images, however, to get rid of it, img {border: none;} in your css file.

I just viewed the site and I don't see any boxes or purple coloring around them. What version of IE are you using to view this? I used IE7.

and you need to optimise those 2 big images too! the image on the right would be smaller as a jpeg

I'll optimize them the best I can. Thanks.

And thanks all for the advice. I made a coding error, messing up 'a link' and 'a img' stuff in the stylesheet.

Thx.

IE problems are mostly seen on IE 6 and earlier versions, I m using firefox and I don't see any errors but when I checked my webpage with IE, I saw lots of errors, I hate it, I changed some templates and find a better one with little or no errors...
