I have photoshop experts that do projects for me and I want to give them a way to upload the finished products to an inbox on my website. The max size of an upload (hi-res photographics in a zip or rar file) would be 1 GB. Can someone suggest an uploader with progress bar that I can put on my site for this purpose?

Try searching hotscripts, you will find many. I hope you have the permissions set properly to upload that big file.
