Hello everyone, I just found this site today and I've been searching for a couple days now to find out how this site PA Church Of God Executive Offices - Home did this design.

If you look at the page around the header, the footer and around the middle wher eyou see the announcement has a look to it like a torn page look. I know the page was done with joomla, I'm not sure if it's part of the template or something I can do for my church.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Looks like it's just brushwork that they did in their graphics program to make the rough edges on the images.
