I have dolphin 6 community program on my website installed.

I have bought a new domain name and want to scrap my old domain and use the new one. All the profiles at present come up like : www.olddomain.com/johnsmith but I want them to come up like www.newdomain.com/johnsmith

what do I have to change with the program / code setup to make this work?

open up config.php and change the URL (it will be in one of the parameters).

Although I've never worked with Dolphin - I'm almost certain this is the problem!

There is no config.php file in Dolphin.
It is found at line 24 in this file: inc/header.inc.php
