I've made my website- not blog, and i used dreamweaver cs3- Im wondering whats a quick way to add new content daily (in the form of pages).
If i create a new page and then save it as page 1, then the current page one would be put to the last page or then id have to re enter each link and move each page down. Does anyone have a easier solution to this problem?

Yeah, try Joomla. You don't need to code anything. Otherwise you have to code a backend for your site and use a WYSIWYG editor.

If you still wanted to hard code your pages you should think about renaming your pages or naming your pages with intuitive names, or keywords. Creating a template with an editable region can spead up the process as each day your new page is just an altered template.

Stick to wordpress or Drupal if you're looking for CMSes.
Joomla is nothing but bloatware.

Hello,

Go with a CMS type program such as Wordpress or Joomla. From my experience Joomla you have to pay more for plugins and such where with WordPress pretty much everything is free. This is why WordPress is dominating.

Blogs and websites are technically the same, just the content variations. You can always have a wordpress (any CMS) theme that looks like a professional website.

I am a webmaster who works with various skills of clients. Here is my take... (5 years experience as web designer and master and 20 years IT Professional)

CMS is the way to go for anyone who wishes to build anything meaningful.
Now, which is better... From the standpoint of coding... Drupal is better than Joomla BUT after many months was UNABLE to get the support I needed to develop a template. Joomla, although bloated in the code, has much better support for novices and professionals and they are moving towards a cleaner code. It takes time to UNDO older standards. They do have the test of time.

HOSTING... Now here is where I draw the LINE!!! I have had nothing but trouble from GODADDY and their practices. Joomla and Drupal do not work well. Google has coded in some restraints that limit what you can do with new modules. I do NOT recommend GODADDY. However if you are interested in the BEST host, check this out...< removed > I have personally used them for 10 years and they are the best and have UNLIMITED nearly everything including bandwidth.

Cheers,
Kehf

If you can't get someone to help with a CMS solution there is a product I use that is not real expensive but you will have to open your pocketbook a bit - but I found this useful for some clients. (I too have dreamweaver but since Adobe purchased I quit using it. ADOBE is the worst with pricing and I knew it when I updated - I won't anymore)
