So i downloaded a nice flash template and I love it. The problem I have is I have no idea what to do next. I've edited html sites before with frontpage but never anything like this. I do have Adobe CS3 master collection so I have Adobe flash & dream weaver but I am not good at them at all.

Which ones do I upload, what needs to be edited and do I have to redo all the flash movies?!? oh my God I need help. Im far to poor to pay someone to do this.
