I am currently using dreamweaver to design my website. I have created the flash for it in swish. I want to put layers ontop of the flash in order to make my links. The problem i'm having is that when i put the layer in....it doesn't stay where i put it when i preview it in the browser.
How can i fix this? and please explain in dummy terms...lol
I'm really new to this whole dreamweaver thing.

You should put the links using flash (aka swish in your case)

Layers w/ links are good for when you want to place links on top of images, not necessarily on top of flash content itself. I am sure it can be done the way you want, but that's not quite my area of knowledge

First of all, we need to see ALL of the code, without it we'd only be GUESSING what your real problem is.

Secondly - they are NOT LAYERS !!! They are DIVS. I wish DW would just STOP with the outdated 'layers' terminology. It's a holdover from the really old Netscape days.

I agree with Brian its best to just add the links in flash, that's what I've done on my site.
