What is that supposed to mean ?? Web 2.0 is NOT about design at all.

I suggest you try cruising some of the sites like cssbeauty.com, cssmania.com and such.

Yeah web 2.0 is such a loosely defined term these days. Web 2.0 is basically a term describing the new set of principles governing the "new" internet, as in connectivity, interactivity, and a shift from site owners to site users.

Sadly "2.0" is now being used all the way from web design to advertising...

Also your banner is, i guess, quite good. But what does it tell you about your website, about your goal, about what you're trying to do? I don't think 3 circles mean a lot.
