Ok, I'm hoping someone can lend some help here! I've tried everything and nothing is working.
I'm trying to create a site where my family can easily view videos I upload - I just wanted to have a page of videos where family can click link and voila! Quicktime opens and play for them.

All that happens is I get a black box as a thumbnail and when you click on it you only get the controller bar but it won't play anything.
Not sure if I have my directories too deep or what is going on? As a side note - the movies play on the computer which I do my design on - it's other computers that can not play the movie properly. (Other computer has QT pro installed as well.)
