I wanna create a foodie type community portal. Something along the lines of flickr, photobucket, yelp, HungryGoWhere.

Is using a content management system @ CMS (like CMSMS / Joomla / Drupal) enough?

Or should it be a photo gallery software (like TinyWebGallery, zenphoto)?
