Ok so I am new to this and I have read several articles on how to put a flash video into your website. So far no luck. My site is still under construction and I am using a temp folder to figure this out

First I would suggest that you NOT use the <embed> method, it will cause you problems. I suggest you check the stickies for other methods for putting flash on your site. My personal preference is swfObject.
