Pencil (coloured preferably) + Paper and use your imagination

If you don't have the last one, Hire someone who does.

It's amazing what people will do for a buck...Check out my signature link, maybe you will find a logo you want, and it's Royalty Free Artwork. You can use the same logo for your website as well as for print (ANY SIZE)

Plenty of photo or logo art websites out there that sell those.
Easiest way, purchase it and just modify. I do not draw, so that is what I do usually

Look your site, think of a short, easy to remember and cool name. Then based on the name and what your website is aimed for, think of a simple logo. There's lots of resources on the web out there for inspiration.
