Okay so here's my question...this is my website www.gamersrefuge.com in the middle is there anyway to make it easier to update, like perhaps almost like a forum. I've been editing it with the index.html file and I was wondering if there was a simpler and easier way to add little updates.

And is it possible to have multiple users update that portion too without touching the index.html file. Thank you if anyone can help me.

use a simple CMS

Hmm. I agree wit chris. A CMS would be the best thing for this but by looking at your site it looks great. I would keep that site and just update using index.html or a script to update the text.
