Hello Everyone,

I would like to create a website similar in layout to this site: http://www.tiburonviewvilla.com/

I would like to avoid using gifs in the navigation bar. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how i can accomplish this look. Should i use AP Div tags, tables or something else? I am new to webdesign so please be specific.

First of all, make that picture a lot easier to read. That hurts my eyes very badly.

if i got it right, based on what you're saying and the questions you're asking, you're essentially asking how to make a website... and that's something no one can answer in one post. why don't you visit some tutorials online on html/css. a layout like that is not difficult at all to achieve.

I appreciate your answer. I am not asking how to build the entire website, i know how to do links and so forth. I would just like to find out how i should approach it. If you tell me that i should use tables and not div tags or vice versa and dont want to write how to do it in the post i will just google how to do it.

well, i can tell you to use div's, which is the right way... however, i'm not sure how far you'll get with googling that. you'll end up learning html/css anyways in order to position and layout the div's, styling the fonts/colors, etc. do you see what i'm saying? since you're new to web design, no one can really answer your question short of telling you how to do the whole thing (not your website, how to build a website in general).
