Hi, I'm looking to put a chatroom on my site. Can anyone recommend any good ones?

My users are mostly elderly and they need something intuitive.

Oh, and I have a shared hosting account, so I understand those flash chatrooms are not a feasible choice for me.

Try looking at some remotly hosted chat services.
I've personally used ParaChat and was quite happy.
