I was hoping the site gurus could help me understand why my file directory area appears like this:

While most sites' directories appear like this:

http://www.fftfcampaigns.com/conflict2142/Mod/



I enjoy the latter because it is much more descriptive, and well, just looks nicer. Any ideas on why or how I could perhaps make mine appear like that would greatly be appreciated.
