I'd like to experiment with a random image generator on my blog and was wondering if there's any out there that grab the images from the web rather the user's own directory.

Good plan, something that automatically steals images to save effort!

I'd hardly call having an image the changes on every refresh stealing.

A simple 'no' would have done.
