I am working on a project that needs to be completed very soon. I have four vidoes in .FLV format that I need to display. My initial thought was to get a converter, convert them to avi, mpg, some easily playable file and just link to them. However, I think it would be much more user friendly and convenient if there was an easy way for me to display these files online. Is there a very simple flash tool that can display the video? I don't know any flash so it would have to be very flash newb friendly.

Thanks, John

I would like it to display in the web browser, preferably embedded some how so it is still within the website, but a new browser window is fine too. I want to avoid people having to download the file then getting a player. I need to make it easy for the visitors.

Then you should look for an flash video player.
Google works great for that. I never used them, but I've heard of
http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=JW_FLV_Player
and
http://flowplayer.org/

I think both are free.
