I have been off work due to a recent motorcycle accident(hit by a drunk driver) and im looking at trying to make money at home..I currently do not have money coming in and it could be months before (waiting to see if I need shoulder surgery) I return to work..But I do have lots of time on my hands.I don't have a lot of money to invest and am looking at doing a shopping cart style page. Im not familiar enough with html to go that route...I don't exactly have a couple grand laying around to pay anyone either...So mabe my best option would be buying some software and go from there? What would u guys recommend?

Joomla can be a solution for you. Joomla is open source cms. It's mean you don't must to pay any money at all.

There are a lot of commerce modules for joomla some of them are not free but the most a free of charge.

Yes use a cms. As for starting a business i would suggest getting somthing to sell. May sound obvious but if you are not selling somthing that people need then you will not get the money. Look around for experiance. if you are ooking to go into web hosting maybe purchase a server or a reseller account. Good luck!
