Hi guys i will try to explain this best that i can.
I am still a newbie to web design although i do get
by on basics(sort of), anyways on my website i have 2
pages, first page is my index.htm, my second is
more_details.htm.

All i want to do is flip them around and have more_details page as my first page.
To do this do i just rename the pages?

Any help would be appreciated.

That is correct. If you just change more_details.htm to index.htm and index.htm to more_details.htm than what was on the more_details.htm page will be the home page.

Now i am having a small issue, after flipping the pages my first page won't click back to the other, what can i do

any help would be appreciated

Make sure that the paths in the links are correct.

You have to change the link. Before your home page linked to more_details.htm . Now your more_details.htm page will link to itself.

Link pages like so:

<a href="index.htm">Index Page</a>

Replace index.htm with the correct page of course!
