i need to split my screen into 3 formats.
the black,the red and the green one.
All these 3 formats will have inside them a number of divs that are set as shown in the pic!

I can't see the <pic> you are talking about but what you are talking about doing is no great challenge with CSS. Divide up your content using containers and use styles to format each section the way you want.
