Making a logo needs 3 things:
1.A concept(i.e.what your oath is or what you stand for)
2.Skills in softwares like Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Flash etc.
3.A helpful place with helpful people like webmaster talk.
and If you lack skills,you need to have some bucks to get people who has skills do the work for you!
