I am competent at producing static HTML websites and CMS / ecommerce websites using Wordpress. However, I have a client who is setting up an online business selling bespoke canvas images. The customer will be able to choose variables such as the size of the canvas (small, medium, large), the type of surface (rough, smooth, texture etc) the type of special effect required (watercolour, oils, pastel), the number of copies required and at the end will receive an online quotation. The customer can then accept the quotation and pay using PayPal.

This functionality is beyond my current capabilites, but rather than pass this lead on, I am exploring the possibility trying to do it myself. Does anyone know if this is possible with Wordpress? Is a custom built database funcionality required? Is outsourcing the best option? How much should I charge (6 page website with one page devoted to the online quotation). Any advice would be welcome.
