I am designing A new layout for my website and would like some feedback. Please try and make it constructive. if there are ones you like but you think should be altered in a certain way please let me know. This is a website that will be giving away cosmetic surgery, and this is the coming soon web page. I kind of want it professional but lighthearted at the same time, so it'll attract all age groups (18+):

The third and last are the best designs, the first one menu looks unprofessional.
The Submit button needs changeing, this also looks unprofessional, the rest looks fine id go for a different font or look for mePledge.com looks like Word Art.

thank you very much for your input php, how would you improve on the submit button? making it more simple? different colors?

I would most definately go for the top, but with the buttons of the second one down.

Maybe thats just my eye but with dark backgrounds I don't see the liking in having things surrounded.

Plus it's simplicity, I mean look at Google. They don't go puttung boxes around the logo there.

Okay to be honest, I think the third layout is the best possible layout when it comes to design and everything.

But on the flip side it doesn't look like either of these are very professional or meeting the criteria for "cosmetic surgery". I mean if you look at Doctors or Hospitals or plastic surgeons sites, they are more toned down on the colors and not so "POPPING" i know that this is the new web 2.0 type of thing, but when you are trying to attract people who are wanting this type of sugery and everything then you need to be able to please them and they I assure you wont be looking for that popping web 2.0 look.

I greatly appreciate everyone's input it means a great deal to me.

I wanted to clarify a few things just to kind of tailor the feedback more. I don't know if this will change any perspectives or opinions, but just so im not leaving out any details.

-I intended on but don't think I actually did mention this, but the fist picture is the current layout, so when you are making your references if you say the first one, could you clarify if its the first as in original or the first sample layout. Thank you very much

-This webpage will act only as a "coming soon" webpage so give people initial background about the site and the ability to sign up to be informed of the release date.

- I wanted to have a kind of light-hearted theme becuase this will be focused towards a broad age group, and I want it to be versatile, amongst the 18-30 yr old group(myspace/facebook group I like to call it) and the 30+ group. I also wanted to give it a light hearted theme because it is a raffle per say, in that we are giving away surgeries becased on how much people raise for their cause, I dont wanna protray us as a surgery clinic but a means to get their surgery. However, I do want a professional enough look so that we are taken serious, and it will appeal to the elder age group.


Again, your suggestions are GREATLY Appreciated. All are welcome.

Thank you for your insight fandango. THis is something very basic, but something I greatly overlooked. I Will definately make some lighter revisions.

i agree with fandango try and lighten it up, and try and keep it basic, neat and tidy

here are a few more, please suggest some additions as well if you think they need any, or if there is a specific color theme you think would work well. Would be greatly appreciated.
