First off, I know the site is Tripod and that sucks, but I'll probably be buying a site sometime soon so disregaurd the ads for now. My current site is a page for my webcam and you can view it here:

I know its a littled cluttered and Ill change that stuff around, but my main concern is with the 15 second reload time. I run webcam32 as the program for my webcam, if this will make any difference. Unfortunately the entire page is forced to reload every 15 seconds, not just the cam image. I would like to know if there is a way to make a small frame or something just for the webcam image so that only that image must reload, not the whole page, but the image is still within the Television picture. Do I need to somehow work with flash or what. I'm definitely willing to learn just about anything as I pick up this kinda stuff fast if someone can throw me a pointer.
