Novice here. RVsiteBuilder & Host?

I'm completely new at building websites and just started a site plan.
I found RBsiteBuilder that seems really complete (since I don't know HTML) and relatively easy to use, but the host (WebHostingBuzz.com) that offer this software free (with hosting fees) seems too good to be true with 400 GB disk space & 5000 GB bandwidth...
Can RV site builder be used with other reliable hosting co's?
Any suggestions for host & design software ???
I intend to build several simple (5-20 pages) sites for friends & clients...
Thanks all.

Basically what I get with Bluehost, it's just advertising.

I'm in the selection process for my 1st website, but hopefully not my last.
I found WebHostingBuzz that seems to have more disk space and features than other hosts, mainly because they offer RVsiteBuilder design software that looks terrific (since I don't know HTML).
Any of you familiar with WebHostingBuzz or RVsiteBuilder?
I need a host that offers room for expansion at affordable prices that also offers a complete web design software.
Thanks to all for offering your suggestion/help.

Just wait until you start using more than a couple of Gig of space and use more than 500 Gig of transfer.
