Hi, I have a music player on my site www.djpaulcole.com

What I want though is it to continue playing uninterupted across my site when navigating.
At the minute everytime you go to a different page the music starts again.
What I would like is the music just to continue and not start again when navigating.

Is this possible?

I inserted the player into my template so it appears on all pages.

Any help greatly appreciated. I'm no expert in java etc so idiot terms would be good!

Without using frames, which will cause more problems, you can't.

If you REALLY HAVE to inflict visitors with your choice of "music" and there are plenty of good reasons why you shouldn't, open the player in a "popup" window.

Its a very bad idea to inflict your visitors with music. There are some exceptions however, such as bands or music orientated sites, but even these don't allow for music 100%. Your only choices are to use frames, have the music in a popup window, or build your website in flash which would allow this functionality.

ok thanks. My site is a dj site hence the reason for music, any other type of site I wouldn't have music.
i haven't a clue how to use frames, may look at the pop up option. Thanks for the advice

Note: Your users will need to have the flash plugin to listen to the music being played on your website.
