Were have I seen this before? Isn't it a free online application?

The site is using Flash, as far as I know the software isn't free, I don't know of any online application that would be free, perhaps some of the other members or moderators might know of something.

I know it's flash... lol!

I'm talking about the gallery. I'm pretty sure I ran across a website that's designed to easily create a similar gallery by uploading your own images then, it packages it all up in one file for downloading.
