I’m a database manager in a company. My gf asked me create a website for her. Web design is something I don’t know but she thinks I’m an expert in computer field and it’s an easy job for me. I can’t let me be down! I’m just looking around the web for some presets. Can you help me?

Look in the stickies, there's an extensive list of FREE templates that would be at least a start.

Template can be a great start. You might also try searching the web for sites that you like or that would be suitable for your project and start copy it in Photoshop. From there you can do your programming magic.
