Hi everyone.

I'm using Dreamweaver mx2004 successfully for 2 years now. After rebooting my computer the Site list has been wiped to nothing (I had the ftp and hard drive locations for about 20+ sites). Does anyone know how I can recover this information?

Urgent help needed as I'm in the middle of a few jobs.

Thanks in advance!

On your hard drive, try looking under C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\DreamweaverMX\Configuration - see if you have a folder for Site Cache.

Hmmm, unfortunately I don't... doesn't look good! I've added a couple of the old sites and a dialogue box pops up each time mentioning how the cache needs to be reset - I guess it's overriding the original settings... even though I can't find them?

For anyone who finds this via Google I had no luck restoring the site details. I had to manually restore them (which wasn't as bad as I was expecting) but have now made sure I exported each site's details from the manage sites menu (to .ste type files)!
