Noob's Site Looks Wrong In MSN Explorer

I'm putting together a website for a client using a CSS template. The client's using an ancient laptop with an old version of the "MSN Explorer" browser on it. For some reason my pages break in that browser (the text in the left column overlaps the right column), but everything looks OK in others; Firefox 3.x, Safari (Mac), and regular Explorer - even going back to IE 5.0 are all fine.

Here is a preview of one of the site's problem pages: http://snipr.com/test.page
The CSS is here: http://snipr.com/test.css

I'm new to CSS [yes, I know my code is a disaster ] but I would like to know how to fix this. BTW, this was originally a three column layout and I converted it to a two column one for this page (I'm guessing that has something to do with the problem).

Thanks... I appreciate the help.

Oh god I remember MSN Explorer... from like 2000! That crap is so old I really see no reason for your client to have it. (unless he uses MSN's dial-up plan)

Try to get him to upgrade.

I have to agree, a version of Explorer that old is not worth worrying about and your client needs to look at the site the way people with MODERN browsers do. Anything older than IE 5.0 has poor support for CSS and is so bug-ridden it's not even funny.

Madman340 was right on target. The client is using MSN dial-up , and it was partially caching an old version of the site's CSS, messing up the pages. Once the correct version was fully cached, everything actually displayed OK.

The complete site is now up at: http://kidsclubdaycamp.com ...one more question; if you go to the site you will notice a blank spot in the lower right hand portion of the home page. I want to place an image there (with some text under it) and center it under the two columns. What is the best way to do that? Thanks!
