I am building a new page with wordpress. I need an addon that allows users to add new articles to the page, which is published when the admin has approved it.

Some who know of anything like that?

maybe you can add them as member in your site.

Users must be members of your site for these plugins to work.

Another one called Peter's Collaboration E-mails does the same thing,
but the members must be upgraded to "contributor" status to use.
