I have just changed the banner on the phb forum that I run. I overwrote the old banner with the new one, and in firefox, IE and safari it is displaying as I want it to. Google chrome continues to display the old banner. I assume there is a duplicate copy somewhere that chrome is somehow accessing. How can I find out where it is hidden so I can replace this copy with the new one on the server?

I would suggest clearing cache. This should fix your problem. Let us know if this does not help, but I am almost 100% sure this should fix the problem.
