there is nothing wrong with learning from DW. I use DW and just type code but I use the preview to see mistakes and everything. I learned from that. I am a intermediate at html and css.

I will approach this with other recommendations. I suggest that you take one or two college courses in HTML at a local community college. That is what I did.

Another recommendation is to check out books that you can find at the library or a bookstore on HTML.

Sitepoint.com has some great books for hearning HTML and CSS. They are not cheap, but they are what I use when I create websites for myself.

Another source for knowledge is Lynda.com. I have never used this website. This is a membership website with booka and videos.
