Great point - I let people beta test my site while I watched them - led to quite a few tweaks on things I thought were obvious.

I liked the article, but it missed the point of making things as easy to buy as possible. The more pages it takes to get to the landing page the less chance someone going to go through the process.

You are so right. My website has all the navigation buttons down the left side and every page links to every other page and to home page. I detest having to scroll up the page on sites where the page buttons are laid out across the top. My pages are very short and are not overloaded with content although I have photos of our work on each page. Some of these photos are actual links to over Photo-Galley showing the different projects we have completed. I found your aticle interesting and will probably visit your site at some point in the future to learn some more. We are on a learning curve because out site is only a few months old.
