Hi I am currently working on a layout that I temporarly have set up on angelfire so I can have people help me with it, anyways the link to it is http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/webmastershed/ , My problem is if you havent already guessed the fact that the top bar where the slogan is, is being spaced oddly, in dreamweaver the background image stays at the height of 20 but when I put it on the web it is stretched to nearly doublt that size.

I have tried tweeking the code several times but I just dont understand what the problem is, and I am nearly positive its not the image spacing, any ideas fellas?
