Not sure how it's done in Flash, but they have tons of templates out there if you're looking to purchase one. Just search flip book on flashmint.com. It can also be done with Javascript, which might be a little more SEO friendly. Check out this tutorial.

It's called 'page flip' and there are a couple of places you can get the application that does it if you don't want to create it all in Flash by hand.

I agree this can be achieved with JS but it would be much easier and probably nicer with a Flash already-made application.

This is definitely done in Flash and I think if you search around google for a flash page flip book you'll find some sort of tutorial or free solution. and if not then im sure someone would be selling them for not very much money. They're pretty simple to make, so you can even learn a little bit of Flash and probably design one yourself.
