I remember someone telling me not too long ago that you should charge what you believe your time is worth. If you can complete the project quickly, than your turn around time improves, and that adds to how much you can charge. If your code works flawless the first time (which i hope it does because a lot of the time, its a back and forth process) than you should charge more. However, in the latter case, you need to specify how many revisions you will do and for what price.
So basically, if you figure your time is worth about $15 an hour, and you can code it in 2 hours, there's $30, but if your turn around time is 2 hours to send it back to them, you should charge extra on top of that, how much, thats up to you. Turn around time is important, because if you can crack out things fast, you SHOULD be paid more for that. Also, most people will want a revision for free, this is normal, however, since you have great turn around time, you should charge for this revision. If they ask for a 3rd, your price should increase since now their just getting picky (unless of course there's a terrible bug they need fixed).
Again, all depends on a lot of variables. But don't short change yourself: bottom line.
