I have a church website set up and everytime I try to go there I get another site that has nothing to do with our website. I have sent trouble tickets galore and they say it has to do with google. I don't know how to fix this problem. I put our address in as www.welloflivingwaterministries.org and it takes me to GISOL website which is our webhost. Does anyone know what I can do to get this fixed? I also can get to the back door abd check our settings but when I change things like page layout it wont show ant pictures just little x in the boxes. I don't know what to do as we use this as an outreach source and I need to find the problem. Soooo PLEASE can someone tell me what to do? Thanks

contact your hosting company and ask them?: http://www.gisol.com/contact/

My trouble-shooting guess is that you didn't configure your nameserver properly.

The great thing is that you must have to contact your Web Hosting company. They will definitely do something for you.

I've sent you an email on what the problem is and how to fix it. If you need any additional help, please let me know.

It should be a simple fix but simple often has a way of becoming more complex.

BTW: It has nothing to do with Google. The worst thing you can do is ask tech support for help. They usually know less than you do.

this kind of problem only can be solved by your web hosting company.

lol

Depends on who your host is, eh?

Some reseller isn't going to know how to do anything but sell his leased server.

On the other hand, I have had luck with Godaddy. Yes, if I ask a technical question about a server-related issue, they sometimes do not know and will give me a fake answer or something semi-remote to a solution, but not exactly a solution at all.

So, what I do, is ask them the question again in different words- just to see if I can get some more info on the related topic.

And sometimes, there have been questions i've asked where the guy/gal says, "can you please hold? I am going to ask my manager for you."

and the manager always has a solution.

Your best bet is to contact your host of course. And follow their advice from there on. Good luck and let us know how you do with the progress.
