I want to open a page that contains forums and live soccer results .

I want to know how to get a similar script that is in use at " Livescore website" , how they get the scores, is it a free service that I can use ?

where should I start from ?

depending on where you look you will be able to find scripts that can do this that are not labeled "football script" if that is what your looking for. you will want to look for a more general term which can relate to all sports. so when you are looking (and i'm sure you can find a free script), you can use "sports scripts" "score scripts" etc etc.
