No, it will not. What you use for design has ZERO bearing on search engine placement.

You template won't harm search engine rankings - but with a little tweaking in the .html you can help your search engine rankings --

For instance, you can typically edit the name of the template, the meta data, and insert key words as well. Replace the menu bars with titles that somehow describe your site - replace the footer information as well with information on your site.

These might be obvious suggestions, but just in case...
